If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 for a full refund minus shipping costs and restocking fees, unless item is made to order then the item is non-returnable. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
We use 100% Eco Friendly Plant Based plastic, 90 % of our colors Made in the USA to the exception of our rainbow and gradiants which we buy from Asia since no USA manufacturer makes rainbow and gradiants. We use Made in America parts in our 3D printer farm, Mostly Microswiss and Slice Enginering parts.
When you choose OJAI3D you get exactly what you pay for we value quality over cost and choose to provide better quality instead of maximizing profit. We make very little on each product in order to offer affordable quality product made in America while also supporting a neurodivergent business model, We are a neurodivergent business employing autistic workers afterall.
